Pumpkin Spiced Stuffed Challah
It’s fall and everyone is going nuts for pumpkins! All over my feed I see pumpkin spice everything so I thought to myself… what can I do with pumpkin… Well, I made some pumpkin muffins. But I wanted to take a recipe to the next level, and that my friends, is how this pumpkin spice challah was born.
It is super easy to do but a little messy. Roll out your challah dough strings as usual, but then flatten them out. With a spoonful of filling, spread it along the dough strand, roll up the strand and then braid. Once baked, your kitchen will smell amazing and your taste buds will thank you.
Oh and the next morning, if there are any slices left, you need to make french toast. That is truly next level. This challah is impressive, unique and worth gossiping about!
